Anyone run into this issue when trying to get the Stalhrim Crafter achieve? I did not pick up the quest to rescue the blacksmith from the Skaal Village and completed the main quest chain. Now the blacksmith, is at the village and there is no way to pick up the quest chain and there doesn't seem to be a way to learn how to craft Stalhrim. Anyone else run into this issue? Any ideas for a work around?
Any help will be apprecited.
